Photoshop - Cel Shading

Had some free time during the weekend, so I opened my photoshop to try out something new. Made this from an underexposed photo, don't have it now will post the original photo. 1st attempt here :)

Appreciate any comments as I am still learning and want to improve. I keep thinking something wrong with the highlights and shadows, it's a bit hard for me to copy from the original photo as there aren't enough lights....Thanks! :D

haha... is the vios advertisement is the TV... in the end of the advert the lady who was sitting in the restr. said 'So, lucky' to the guy who was so unlucky ..:D:D:D

Updated. Adjusted the highlights, increase the contrast a bit and added the 'T' emblem :)
