The Penang Govt should not allow these quads to be ridden on the beach, they're hazardous to the holiday makers on the beach.

Yuck! Since when did they allow this on the beach?
I fully agree with En. Noordin. This should be banned.
BTW, nice panning.

Yeah nice shot, but agree these things are lethal, especially in inexperienced hands.

thanks guys...
and yeah, this is very dangerous as there is no supervision from the experienced ones.
there's also horse riding "services" offered at the beach.
well, if look at a glance, it should be something normal.
but if some ride the horse very fast, it is a possible hazard.
i experienced this once when i was taking sunset shots a few months back when suddenly when a fast-ridden horse pass next to me.
i mean, really next to me. maybe 3-4 feet away.
and as expected, no supervision from anyone.
i wonder what will happen if the horse go wild!

thanks na7ure! :D
i don't own a monopod, all i have is a tripod.
but i don't use it.
panning was done handheld.

Good capture.
Boy doesn't look local, hence the (total) disregard for safety of self and others......

i think he is from some middle-east country.
there are a lot of middle-east tourists at Feringghi.
horsey pix? after the incident, i dare not to stay too close to them. :run_away::D
