I think it's close to 2:! magnification with this on.

Best thing about this macro lens is that you can attach it to any other lens you may have and you'll have an instant macro lens! With a zoom, you will be able to control the amount of magnification by adjusting the focal length of your lens.

This was "Clip on" i think can up to 67mm if not mistaken. The filter was on 49mm.

Yeah, it basically fits on 52mm till 67mm lenses... :P

Hi there... welcome to SA~ The raynox can mount on 52mm to 67mm filter thread. Try looking below ur lens, there should have a circle cut by one line symbol and follow up by the number. Play particular attention to the number. If its something that falls between 52 to 67 nothing less nor nothing over, then this raynox can be your new macro lethal weapon... :D

The white dots are not dust but the texture of the keyboard. taken @ 5.6 aperture. i think this one got better magnification. Thus your need larger aperture as compared to the older version which is Dcr250. Both model usable after the focal length of 35mm. But the old one doesn't work on Tamron 17-50. A long the focal lenght you will still see the big round adapter. Not sure about new one can be used in Tamron17-50 or not.

erm...i'm not 100% sure...but if the DCR250 2.5x is +8, shouldn't the MSN202 9.3x be almost +30? although i heard it's not good to use stacked diopters coz the more you stack you'll get softer images with more sound CAs

Now I know why the PQ quality output are so poor after the conversion, This is actualy photo, anyway thanks for the tips and I did managed to clear the sensor dust.................TQVM

Today I brought it to the office.. one of my colleagues use it to shoot a RM1 note. Holy cow! We could see things in the RM1 note which we could never see using our naked eyes.

Hmm...are you sure your 100mm was at 1:1 when the DCR250 was on? Judging by the sizes of the bugs in the frames, they didn't look bigger than 1:1.

Not sure about your 100mm, but DCR250 on my Tammy90 gives me 1.7 : 1. If i were to shoot the long legged fly in your 2nd pic, it'd been much bigger.

1) depanding on which lens u use... wide angle lens which are 67mm tread size will get vignetting most will be safe after 50mm or 85mm onward
example of lens will get vignetting is the tamron 17-50 f2.8 filtersize 67
kit lens with 58mm will not have :)

2) u can put infront of the UV filter ... however if u want to use CPL u need to get a step up ring to mount infron of your raynox

3) yes auto focus all the way...
