this is just a suggestion, how about if we also included number of uploaded photos as consideration to the rank?
at least, we can promote people to post more photos.
ppl can post up to like 10k of threads but with ZERO photos.

No, as after having a look I have no idea how to do it.

Nearest I can do (and have done) is disabled post count for off-topic sections and we will strictly enforce no off-topic discussion in photo/gear/technique sections.

People chatting will be warned.

That section is here already, it's called challenge & critique (http://www.shutterasia.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17) section, where people can post 1 picture for serious feedback.

Will post more guidelines later.
