Pretty good for a beginner. The water on the leaf will have more dramatic effect if the droplet is bigger and right at the tip of the leaf just before dropping. You can create this by controlled spraying of the leaf.

btw, how do you guys manage to enlarge the photo so well? those bugs photos are so 'close up' as if the whole frame is only the eyes of the bugs, amazing!

Nice tries qq, good lighting and composition.

Regarding this, first thing is having a 1:1 macro lens! On top of that Extension Tubes and Closeup Filters (especially high quality ones like the Raynox) can really help.

i heard a lot bout kenko ext. tube, and i found out there s another kinda ext. tube for macro but not very sure bout it.

maybe i need to get one of those raynox, heard is cool! wat do you think?

Yah I am planning to buy the Kenko ETs, not sure about the Raynox, will try the result after I get the ET by borrowing Crazymalaysian's Raynox.

The magnification might just be too crazy.
