Sorry folks, I was mistaken that Canon named its new DSLR the same as Nikon's D40. Silly me.

Anyway, rumours are wild on Canon's new DSLR, with pictures to boot. Where is Nikon's new DSLR that was supposed to be released in July?

dannylak23
08-20-2007, 07:08 PM
hmmm but if inside the lens shud not be telling us rite ? coz we also noe from the lens rite?
e.g. 70-200mm F2.8L "IS"

from ur explanation does tat mean certain camera dun hav in LENS IS function?

Crazymalaysian
08-20-2007, 07:23 PM
Well read here, http://web.canon.jp/imaging/eosd/eos40d/01.html#2

It talks of canon's IS LENSES.

Anyways it wouldnt make sense for canon to build IS into any of their cameras, as they've invested heavily into IS lenses and in-camera and in-lens IS do not work well together.

08-20-2007, 07:23 PM
somebody.. help..

ok. U just adapt what is written. dun b to particular. IS ALL ABOUT "IS Lens", that's all.
