my guess is that its a overhead bridge. like the one in bukit bintang station?
second that it might have been nicer if theres a train coming.
and its also pretty quiet eh, no one around. what time did you took this picture?

I'm sorry but the BnW conversion doesn't do it for me. It's predominantly grey and dull-looking. Try adding more contrast and show off more highlights and shadows.

I do think it's a bit too grey as well, I think you should experiement with mixing the channel a bit. :)
