But the DOF was soooooo shallow!

I love moss, wish had 105/2.8 to play with, and some spray to mist this! :D

Q, standard 18-70 kit, with a RAYNOX 250 (I think..!) that CM lent. Had to go very close to subject, less than 3 inches, I think, from subject to lens element in front. No filter.

Alan, youre supposed to crop the inner bit so the vignetting from the raynox lens doesnt show.

I suppose you used manual focus? The images look a bit soft, you should try using auto focus next time.

Btw the raynox I've got is the DCR-250.

Errr, sorry, wot's 'F'? Me blur a bit liao .... Aperture ar? To be honest, after CM clipped it onto my lens, I just shot! Moved back and forth to get as sharp as possible.

Errr, me still not proficient yet when it comes to cropping, but I like it! I just shot without adjusting anything else! :D

Good effort. That's the spirit, play around first before getting into serious PP. Learn the tricks of shooting, then learn post processing. :)

Thank you, Sifu Noordin.
'Good effort' from you means a great deal and is a lot of encouragement. 'That's the spirit..' means I'm on the right track - thank you very much, appreciate it.
