If based on old price, as was with the 18-50, this would probably be in the range of 1.3 - 1.5 if i am not wrong...just speculation...if YL open price 1.6k dun hold me at ransom as I'm not sure myself...

Aw yeah....the prices 1.3-1.5k is for grey market lenses....

Local shops would probably be a bit more...

Personally I think the 18-50 2.8 better...if you want a 17-70 might as well you go for a second hand 18-70 nikon af-s, cheaper and more accurate!
