I am serving in a non-profit org that has a media dept consist of video and photo crews.
We are gonna build a new building in the near future and the best thing is, we are building a studio too.

Now as the 'chief' photog., I am in charge, without being known much. We are just bunch of people starts from nothing. Learn from hands-on and mistakes. Usually we are just shooting Events.

Now, for setting up a studio is.. total dunno-what-it-is to me. I would like someone of you here, to help me. What are the essentials?

What I know is, backdrops, strobes, only. But what kind of strobe? oO no, the more I know, the more I don't know.

All depends on your budget and what kind of pics you need to take.
