Hey all, here are some pictures from my friend's wedding. Thought I'd try out this new style after playing around with the tones and levels, etc.

C&C please...TQ! :D

Gives it that 'old world' feeling. Nostalgia. Nice.

Lovely tone, I like it a lot! Mind sharing your steps?

On a side note, I'm not sure if the PP caused this but I noticed her lips look rather pale in #4 ... she looks a little sickly. No offence.

I guess it was caused by the light shaded lipstick that she had on. When I toned down the colors during PP, most of the red highlights were taken off. And yeah...she was wearing a light red shaded lipstick. Guess I should've painted it back. :D

My steps? Well, it was mostly just toning down the colors, and playing around with the hue/saturation, adjusting the levels, increasing the highlights/shadows/blacks...and when I found the right tone for one particular picture, I saved the steps and applied it to all pictures. Although some of the other pictures needed some minor tweaking due to different lightings and conditions. But on most part, the steps were similar.

The first image would have been nicer if the other photographer wasn't in the way. Although you managed to capture the groom's head, you can't help but feel that there is something else which is distracting you.

The third image is nice, good compo but lacking the focus as he is putting the ring on her hand right? If the ring is visible in the shot then I would say its a fantastic shot.

Just my 2 cents worth :)

Good one bro. After these comments, it actually does make sense. I totally agree with you with putting the ring bit. It would've been nicer if I could get the ring. Well, the first pic, I was just trying to express the photo through a guest point of view...meaning...as you would see it if you're one of the guests la. :P

Since you put it that way, I guess you were going for that theme. Sorry for being a little daft as well :D
