Anyone with experience or info on this monster please chime in. I was not able to find much review on when searching. Cost around USD1K, this lense allows you to control the bokeh, interesting concept . There is also a 135mm version of this lense as well. I guess it's discontinued series of lenses.

I have a friend who owns one and he's loving it. It's made for portraits where once you have a sharp focus of the subject you can then use the de-focus ring to blur out the background so you'll get prefect bokeh all the time.

Wonder if this is the macro len? if yes, I'm saving vitamin M to target for this hunt :)

i dont think it's a macro lens, more suited for portraits. my dad has the 135 version, played abit with it only but lovely.

It's a portrait lens through and through because you can control the out of focus areas better than any other lens.
Some people use it for product shots too, but a PC lens is better for that.
It's a very good lens, but not a macro lens :)
