If you were me! Which or what area should I improve on my photography skill.. here are some of my picture.

Well since this thread's under Challenges, Critiques & Fix My Pic

Picture 1 - Use Photoshop or an ultra wide angle lens for this? The angle of the subject is not to my taste. I would like to see a better view of that person, also, how he positioned this wrist. He's a little bit overexposed

Picture 2 - This one has nice colour. DoF could be a little more don't you think? Anyway the purple hue is excellent

Picture 3 - Now this is good! A little bit distracting with that bar or window frame (Left side of the picture). Other than that, it's a good picture.. Send it in to a magazine!

Picture 4 - Colourful as well, I think angle could be better

Overall comment - Not bad a try

ok, now to serious business. brace yourself k? *LOL*
#1. the idea is good but the execution is not very good. flash is too harsh. did u patch 2 pix together? coz if u did, it was poorly done.
#2. nice color but more details could make it better. details = DOF.
#3. this is the best. i like the color that brings out the mood. the details also very nice.
#4. simple & plain shot. but the colors are nice. try diff angles and compare them.


these are few comments that i can come out with. don't take it hard k? :D
btw, u can post bigger pix, just make sure not exceeding the limit size.
small pix hard to see the details la. unless u want to hide the details. :redface:

These pictures are most recent collection. The olds once are really bad!!! hehehe... First I would like to said thank you for both (ming & noruazumi) of yours comment's (Appriased).

You do really think that my picture 3 is good enought for magazine?!?! Well, I am really new to this market. could you give me a couple a good magazine would accept my low quality picture! hehe..

The person inside picture 1 is me! hehe.. shy to show my face to the world. very ugly face! hehe.. Yes I am using a 12mm fisheye for that shot.
