Had some really awesome fried stuffs during the weekend :) Sorry 'bout the pic size, these were resized for my blog actually! And were taken in the car before I wallop all :D
Goreng Pisang - so sweet and crispy!
6067
Fried Cempedak - so sweet and crispy too!
6068
Nian-gao sandwich - seriously, I don't know what you call this but it's a slice of nian-gao sandwiched in between 2 slices of yam
6069
Everything I had that day was just awesome (minus the oil). Sweet and ripe, and fried to the right crispiness .... mmmm-mmmmmmm
BTW, these were from a stall in SS2. Operating in a van actually. Right in front of the (I forgot the name) Indian restaurant, and opposite McDonald's/Alliance Bank. Run by 2 aunties!
However, the stall doesn't always have sweet and ripe bananas for the goreng pisang. I usually ask first before buying coz I like 'em sweet, ripe and soft!
