Order this fried dumplings the other day.

Slight crispiness on the outside, with really aromatic minced meat on the inside. Served with ginger and vinegar.

And the best thing is they now serve in plate of 6 pieces! Hubby and I now don't need to stuff ourselves anymore with 10 pcs :D

you're quite right. previously they used to prepare it on-site but now it seems they're done in an off-site factory and delivered to the various outlets. inevitable move due to business expansion. same goes for a popular cheese cake shop. now that they're franchising the outlets, the cakes are prepared in advance and delivered. somehow this affects the freshness...
