I've one blurred image of a vintage car
(Mercedes-Benz 500K) which I think can
be salvaged by image manipulation to
look like 'old school'...

I've tried mine which is like this...

Let see you guys' manipulations so that
I can improve mine:)

This is my try.
1. Copy two layer.
a) Gaussian Blur 60% oppacity.
b) Delete unwanted blur car.
c) Merge layer.
d) Adjust brightness and contrast.
2. Crop to 4:3 to make more impact.:rasta:

My turn...

Changed to B&W, copied level, changed to graphic pen for the first level with 72% opacity.

you need to watch out of the dark areas, some details are lost. ;)

Here's my effort, trying for the oldskool effect.

Ilford conversion, increase panning blur, tightened crop a little and increased contrast a little.

St nice one man. I like your effect more then woodnocks but i think the grain is a bit to much... anyways.. nice.

Thanks for all the Fix-it techniques, guys..:)

I played with another set

537

1. Crop tight to MB500k
2. Convert to monochrome using 'Channel Mixer'
3. Curve & contrast
4. Lens Blur
5. Warm filter
6. Film grain
7. Lighting effect (spotlight..)

:D
