++ i need some help on my setting for optimize custom.
++ what is the best setting?

It really depends what you are shooting..different subjects require different things.
But generally I have it on sharpening +2 and Saturation up one level, sometimes 2 for landscape/street.
Remember to put it back down for potrait, and lower contrast for portraits too.
Frankly though it's not much use any more as it only comes into play checking the LCD at the back (chimping) because I process from RAW none of these settings are applied to RAW files.

Agree... all these settings affect jpegs and one tries to get everything spot on the first time. If shoot raw, don't bother :)

It's all personal preference. For me I'd set +1 for sharpening / Auto for tone compensation / Color mode I for normal pics & III for nature / +Saturation / 0 for hue adjustment... You can try the pre-set "portrait/vivid/more vivid" and see whether that suits you. Of course, we're talking jpeg images not raw.
