Checked out the Banquet for dinner with a client. The nice thing about the place is it's set-up, quite nice. Food wise, it's just an okay lah place with a mixture of local and western food.

Tiramisu

These look really good...I like your setup on #1.

For the tiramisu, i prefer to be able to see the layers' texture.

The one I had the most problem was with the Tiramisu, very hard to get it to pose and get the best angle. It was a naughty subject.
