why not showing the whole body of the fork ??

i think if the whole picture can see the fork, it would be great :D

Well, the reason why i din show the whole body is coz i am resting the top of the fork on a box. I wanted to make it appear as if the fork is standing :D Below is my setup shot

But its a good idea too. Maybe next time i'll think of how to make the fork stand in another way

Very nice concept, the contrast of colours is excellent!
I think your jpeg is compressed a little too much though, can see banding in the shadows.
Hope to see more entries soon, I'll probably shoot mine this weekend.

It might just be the texture of the paper or what it was you shot on, but you can try at least saving at quality 10 in PS.

Hmm maybe the paper? Used a white hard cardbord...I save the maximum always. Thanks ST. At least i learn wat banding is after googling it.
