Does anyone know where I can find this in KL? Or is there any online store selling this type of mount?

You can buy Manfrotto stuff at Eng Tong.

How much should I expect to pay for a China made umbrella (that'll include flash holder too right?) and a set of wireless trigger (ie one transmitter and one receiver)?

It's all separate, IIRC

Light stand is around RM100
Umbrella adaptor/flash holder is around RM60
Umbrella is around RM90-150 depending on type
Wireless trigger set is around RM130-150
