Bought them at the fresh market in the morning. Took this shot before they are cut into pieces and served as salad with italian dressing.:p PS - Levels and some USM.

I like them served antipasto style, grilled with eggplants, then layered in ciabatta with some parma ham and mozarella. Toast the whole thing and you get a healthy lunch or light dinner!
