if these shots were taken using the kit lens, then i would say you are one good example that "good glass does not mean good pictures" or, the much said "its not the camera, but the photographer himself who is good".
love the framing and all that artsy-mutsy stuff thats oozing from these few pics. keep up the good work mate!
