How to place the flash when Lambency Dome is mounted on the flash?

Up right at 90 degree?
Straight at 0 degree?
or like normal diffuser where it best at 45 degree?

i see the situation. When i'm closer to the subject i will use 90. A bit further then i will make it 45 maybe....

if outdoor, if i just want to use it as fill flash, then i will direct flash with the white dome on. hope the 2 cents helps.
