I am unable to connect to ShutterAsia. The screen just shows "connecting.." forever! My pc is using Vista Home Premium. Currently I am using another pc to access this site.

All other sites can be accessed without any problem. Initially I thought this site was down. But when I used another pc there is no problem. Can anyone help?

Thanks Freaky. By clear cache, you mean 'Delete Browsing History" under tools? Have done that several times already.

Can you elaborate on browser security settings? I have actually set it to default. Is that correct?

Still unable to connect to SA despite Freaky's instructions. I am using another pc to connect.

The strange thing is that all other sites can be accessed as normal and only SA is giving problem. Any experts out there can help?

Maybe you can furnish more details to make it easier for others to help.

OS, browser type? Error message..etc...whatever u can think of.

Meanwhile, hv u tried using other browsers like Firefox to connect?

Browser - IE v7
Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit
AVG 7.5 antivirus

There is no error message! The page just shows "Connecting...." and cannot connect.

All other websites can be connected as normal! [B]Only SA is unable to connect.[B] :(

What gives?

Did someone block you from accessing shutterasia by using the router? Perhaps you may want to have a second look at the router setting.

Hi kiankheong

How do I check the router? Do you mean the wireless router? I am using 'wired' broadband (Streamyx). Can you elaborate on the settings? Thanks.

Check the firewall and blocked sites settings. Anyway, I doubt you have changed the settings.

Another weird solution that seems to work with other forum is to ensure that your router is installed with the latest firmware. Check with the manufacturer's website to download the latest firmware.

Also try disabling your Anti-virus software, then clear cookies and cache and try accessing again.

If you are not using Firefox, I suggest trying that to:

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

Another reason is IP conflict (I think...). When I am on wireless Airzed broadband connection around Mont Kiara area, I can't connect to SA.

In my office using Bizsurf service, I am fine.
