The background looks kinda studio backdrop-py, and yet, the ferris wheel looks like part of her headgear! :D:D

i dunno the exact word but this is nice.
it looks washed-out & at the same time well-exposed.

when u said u used "flash & umbrella", what & how does it affect the shot?
and what other setup that u'll use if u didnt use the "flash & umbrella"?

Master Ted, lemme try reverse engineer how you lit this gorgeous lady.
Lightsource fired into white shoot-thru umbrella. Brollies were placed in-line of camera, in front of the model... probly a lil higher up (since I dont see catch light in her eyes). You also feathered the light to get that faded effect as we look down towards the bottom of the photo. As for BG, you stopped down by approx 1 stop. ;) Right or not?

And I did some colour treatment on the image itself to suit the (actual) gray sky behind.

A battery operated powerpack and strobe diffused thru a 120cm x 80cm softbox.
