About 3 weeks ago, i was walking at the gardens, megamall and ended up with a K100d super. 3 weeks later to today, i was walking along the LG megamall and I went home with a K10d body. I traded in the k100d super body for the K10d. My intention had been to look for a flash but when the offer to trade in the body for the k10d, and after i was so poisoned by yesterday's pentax/hp event at Boulevard hotel...i cannot resist. So now I am still looking for a flash, a wide to telephoto lens ( most likely tamron 18-250) and a prime telephoto lens. Am considering the Tamron 90mm. Meantime, i have the K10d to enjoy :tongue_roll:

Congratulation on your upgrade! :)

Tamron SP90 1:1 is a great lens, but if you don't plan to shoot macro, maybe you should buy speedlight instead. Just my 2 rupiah :D

Excellent choice K10D is one of the best cameras on the market right now, just make sure you shoot in RAW and learn how to process your RAW files properly.

Here goes:

1. Select Manual White Balance >> the right arrow once
2. Point at your subject with anything white, don't have to be full frame.
3. Release the shutter
4. By default it will select the whole LCD, you can toggle with the rear e-dial to select just a smaller portion.
5. Move the small box with the 4-way arrow key and press ok when done.
