Too much compressed tones at Black end, lost a lot of midtone and your shadows are all blocked (means no detail there) check your histogram when converting and make sure colour is balanced through spectrum first before conversion to maximise range.

Composition wise could be better if crop off the top two lights and a little of the left, so it's more symmetrical. But B&W overall looks a tad dark for me. Just my 2c.
