This is done using "Action" file downloaded from somewhere, cant remember. i do darken the Background and edge too.

Actually, i'm not sure why alots of people like Dragan Effect so much, i found intresting, so give it a try.. i would say, it turn old people become more old. haha!
By the way, what is "Dragan" mean?

sharpen
contrast kaw kaw
sharpen
sharpen
desaturate and adjust opacity
channel select to adjust contrast

I think Dragan is his family name (surname). Andrzej Dragan.

BTW, I like the first one better.

I downloaded draganizer but when I double click on it, it opens up Photoshop and nothing happen. How do I use it? There is no instructions. THanks

Oh! you have to open your Photoshop first. then go to "Action" to load your file
