The portrait one looks good to me. Adds a bit of story to the picture with the no parking sign. :)
The landscape looks like a normal snap shot to me. But that's just me, I like portrait orientations.
How about you? What do you think of your own pictures?

I like the first one too,but after some editing hehe. the picture out of the camera is a bit pale.

The portrait is definitely the better picture, It even adds the irony of parking right under the "no parking, towing zone".
I'd like to see DBKL tow a bike! :D :D :D

Eh, can do that "heavily edited style" on portrait oriented motobike?
The red & blue sign might look good... :)

Sure, actually ive saved the batch process settings for that picture. I'll edit the portrait oriented picture later :)

Ok here's my effort, a combination of desaturation, shadow/highlight, curves, contrast sharpening and changing the scenery around a bit :D

And B&W conversion using channel mixer, added some noise and vignetting.
