Here's my go at it:

What was done:
- Added a texture of a folded piece of paper using the texturizer filter
- Added noise on another layer and lowered the opacity
- Got a scanned image of a coffee stain and added that in another layer, on darken at about 30%
- Lowered the saturation
- Added a white border

My go...

1) Convert to B&w with gradiant map and channel mixer;
2) Filter with diffuse glow...less the glow ...to get the grains..
