I was in Sabah for the Crossing Bridges outing and the moment we alighted the plane I was overwhelmed by the clear blue sky and the pure white clouds. Just give me the urge to get out there with my camera! :D

Hi,
Your images have a cyan cast which can be seen if you run your pointer on a patch which you think should be neutral (grey wall, rock etc) in Photoshop and look in the info window (the cyan number will be way over the Magenta and Yellow values). You can also see this in the green of the trees (which have become very blue) and have lost any yellow in them. Also, all the reds have become very muted.
I've used two curves here which I have saved as presets in case you want to see them - in which case please PM me and I'll email them to you.
Essentially, all I did was to tap the mid grey on a spot I thought should be mid-grey to erase the cast (you may have to do this a few times to get the best result - it's a bit of a hit and miss process), and to curve up the contrast a bit as it was lacking a bit of sparkle. After doing this you should see the reds and yellows come back into your image, and the lovely blue gradient that starts from behind the hill and gets darker as it travels up the picture (in pic 1).
BTW Beware of too much contrast, and also that contrasting with curves naturally adds saturation to your images (the results need to be desaturated a bit - but that's my opinion only).
Anyway, I hope that's okay, just trying to help out.
Kind Regards, Z.
