MIND TO TELLING ME WHICH IS THE LATEST LEN FOR THIS 2 MODEL?
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THIS 2 LENS?
1ST IMAGE IS 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO MACRO SUPER II
2ND IMAGE IS 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO DG MACRO

From the catalogue I got in Japan, there is only 70-300mm APO DG Macro. Cant find any Super II lens though.
From the Sigma website, they claim DG as:
These are large-aperture lenses with wide angles and short minimum focusing distances. With an abundance of peripheral illumination, they are ideal lenses for Digital SLR Cameras whilst retaining suitability for traditional 35mm SLRs.

you are right. refer to yl camera sold record that is old model but how come i check thru the sigma forum ppl said that super II is the replacement for the non super....any way thanks......... but is this len when u go for 200mm zoom above izzit the image not sharp?
any user can tell me?

im using 70-300mm APO DG super, .. erm for me this lens meet my expectation, im always using it and it give me best pictures... maybe when it comes to zoom lens, it has a little bit vibrate when we set it 200-300mm, bcos this lens dont have IS hihihi but, ive shoot a few panning shot and it is so so sharp..hihihi
