Not bad, but I feel loneliness in the soldier. As suggested by Stattrick, colour other small soldiers will be better.

i'm new to photography and PP editting, i just try try and learn learn some way from trial and error. so not really know what does 'selective desaturation' means.. too many jargons to learn.

I think PP is the acronym for Post-Processing, am i right, sifu-sifu all ?

If you are using photoshop, the fastest way is to duplicate the background layer (Ctrl+J) then select the duplicated layer. Go to Image > Adjust > Desaturate. Now copy the background layer so now you have two additional layers, the background (as the master in case you screw up), a colour and a B&W one. Now slowly erase off all the images that you want as B&W on the top layer and you can selectively remove the colour for those images.
