Messy background as I can see clown elbow is touching someone backside apart from the dude standing behind!!!

Colour easy to do....go to Saturation and then....

"To the right, to the right....move the lever to the right, to the right..." (Sung to the tune of a certain Beyonce song) :D

Oh yeah, maybe you should have left some of the lower part of the clown in the pic....seems like he's holding a soft rugby ball or something. Then people can know he's sweating from too much rugby......or something....

well, like what everyone said...saturation and distracting background. Overall, nice pic, got the expression.

1. Nice candid capture of 'the' moment - my take.
2. Would prefer it without background people, for added feeling or pathos even - but since it's candid ....
3. Colours - just fine, look at his nose, and his two buttons, overall quite nice, and sharp, too. Very nice bokeh of the background flora.:fishing:
4. Lighting - can't have it all. Very good overall pic in my opinion, quite well balanced - again, look at his nose, love the catchlight. Can live with a little burn on the tissue and his right shoulder.

Well, the background a bit distracting. Try using a telephoto lens to blur the background. Maybe a tighter crop and and an angle towards to the centre by a few degrees would help the composition. :D

thanks cavey, but i can't see any edited photos that use the technique that i mentioned. maybe i got it wrong.... :?
the technique that i was talking about look washed out a bit, the color is not vibrant. more or less like old film photos. do u know what i'm talking about, coz i'm not sure what i'm writing right now! :rolleyes:
