William, what is the image resolution I should use for printing A4 and A3 size pictures? What other things I should pay attention too to maximise printing output? Do you take Canon RAW files or I need to convert that to JPG? I am pretty new to printing photos of this size and I would like to try out your service in view to give you more biz in the future if quality is good.

We are using Adobe Bridge CS3, should be no problem all kind of RAW file(we are using ori software so i think can support all new type of RAW file format cause we always doing the update)

•If send me RAW file, no need to set resolution (this is the best format for enlarge)
•If send me JPEG/TIFF file set it on 300dpi
