well...guess most of the sifus here know this already... but some of you might love to know more.
1) open the file and duplicate the layer

2) choose healing brush.

3) press alt and click right on the cheek area and then click and brush at the eye bag.

4) yep, it looks terrible but no worry... opacity comes to play. Adjust the opacity to your preference... Done! easy eh!
