i like the sky and the street lights but somehow it aint looks good on the pic.
aiks, still dunno how to control the camera properly :(
wonder if it can be fixed by you guys... :redface:

From your house balcony? Aiya ...can take another shot mah.
Just put a tripod, and snap without flash.

- set the camera on tripod
- shoot without flash
- zoom in to crop away the leaf, if cannot.....cut away the leave :D
have fun and show us the pic again:)

haha...i add it on so look more late bit..without star dont really get the nigh feel..

1. the leaves infront blocked the best view. wasted. should use CS3 to clear out the obstacles.
2. preferable low light or natural light. do not use flash if possible
3. should not have houses infront of the view.
all based on my 2cents and personal opinion. no heart feeling and wish to see more betetr pic.

If you are on tripod, dun forget to stop down your aperture to f/11 or smaller....so that you could get sharp pictures from near to far and the light spots will have a natural star burst...imho..

hmm... I think the sky is more than enough to show what he wans to portray.... its so lovely.... :D just my take on the pic...

i dun have tripod.. that's the prob. but will try again, now that i have several tips from you guys.

Mount on a tripod or something sturdy, set aperture to 11 at least, don't use flash, composed to your liking, turn the timer on and click the shutter. If you don't like the result do it again. But I am sure the light of the moment is only going to pass but once. :D

Well here's mine! Shadow/Highlights, Noise Reduction, Sharpen, Increase Contrast, Blue filter, Tidy up a bit.
