Cheapest and reasonably reliable webhosting : which do you recommend?

I currently have 2 websites.

www.prettycandid.com (http://www.prettycandid.com) is with www.webhosting.com.my (http://www.webhosting.com.my)
It costs me Rm55 + Rm300 = Rm355 per annum

www.johan2.com (http://www.johan2.com) is with www.ipxcess.com (http://www.ipxcess.com)
It costs me Rm55 + Rm200 = Rm255 per annum

I think both give me 1Gig space and sufficient bandwith. I'm happy with both.
I'd like to look for an even cheaper website to host very little stuff and which even less bandwith.

Can anyone recommend me anything cheaper? (If possible, hosting that I can purchase with my credit card ie no hassle)

Gasp! Rm29.95 + RM99 = Rm128.95 per annum
So cheap! OK only 250meg of webspace, but it's enuff for me.
Has anyone got any opinions on this webhosting package?

yes i've with exabytes. but our website temporarily close down. so we just use email with .com.my only.
