Err...what can I say? I like the overall effect especially the reflection in the water....oh yeah, can see some fence posts on the left side....maybe can PS those out...spoils the look a bit. Maybe can also PS the clouds to make them more dramatic....can someone comment on how to do this? I'm sure I saw it mentioned somewhere in one of the local photography magazines...
Nice comp. Maybe need somes levels adj. to bring the colors out.
Would be even better if the building is lighted but I know this is beyond your control.

Looks slightly senget or perhaps it's barrel distortion. The colour is nice, but I find it a bit too dark, underexposed by 0.33-0.66ev or so.
Perhaps pull out the shadows a little bit, I do like the silhouette effect though :)

thks for the comment, tat time is about 6.45am. there is no light at tat moment so the building looks dark.

What focal length did u used ? U can try again with 35mm...sure different.
