For those of you who are still looking for this book, until you manage to get a physical one, you can download the softcopy (pdf) free from Canon Europe's website: here (http://www.canon-europe.com/Support/Documents/digital_slr_educational_tools/en/ef_lens_work_iii_en.asp)

Each chapter is a separate pdf file, the whole book is around 32+MB.
There are also a few brochures available for download.

I found it... I found it at Vivo City @ Singapore for SGD20/-
