View Full Version : not so good wesakday outing in siam tample near jln gasing

first time to capturing picture at such event, went with mosterman(if i am not mistaken) in the evening after shooting at midvelly than went back at nite to do another shooting ;p , C&C are welcome condem also welcome, so that i can have better idea what to do next time :D
most of the blur picture are long exposure more than 2 second which is why can see some motion... i think i got it a bit wrong just wonder any place to improve this kind of picture

for me... especially on buddha's birthday... there should had more as they also wanted to celebrate and learn about buddha's teaching... that's why... I always believe that during those ceremony or events... those places actually have more then what we think... just that we don't see them... we do our stuff.. they do theirs...

ahahhahahah very funny :P its not ghoost la if there is i dont think we can capture them on picture :P
it was shoot using slow shuttle speed and the guy u see clearly there was there for the entire shutter time and the ghoost was there and walk away within second
i was trying to capture motion and activity but fail badly as its my first try :(
anyway do tell me if u like it or not and y hehe so i can get better picture haha

Try again with ISO800 or even ISO1600, get higher shutter speed...dun bother the noise.

when i'm looking at these, my eyes are everywhere.
and the blur motion makes me feel dizzy.
my suggestions to improve:
1) boost up your ISO. noise would be visible but it's better not to have blur photos.
2) low light shooting is tough. flashgun could assist, fast lens would be good.
3) it's ok if your photos are underexposed due to your settings coz u can always change the exposure using software.
that's all from me.

Hi brother, so you went back with your tripod? hahaha good for you ... experiment . Late night shots always give me trouble .... How were your 1st session shots? I'll post some of mine later :)

first session look normal only so went back to try motion blur with subject sharp but come out so so only
anyway first attempt just some expriemental shoot..
some brighter picture are the first half lo keke

i was shooting the picture with tripod intented to get some motion blur and subject sharp so it come out like that kekeke
u are right i also feel that its a bit messy maybe will try to focus on composition
maybe mainly due to my GF was following me and she seem bored and i was in a rush and didnt concentrade kekeke :drunk:
