making a portfolio on a cd/dvd

has anyone ever done this? getty images japan through istock recently contacted me asking if i would like to contribute photos to them and i need to send them a portfolio of my works. any idea on how to do this? do i caption my photos? separate by genre in folders or what?

I'd suggest you ask them, what resolution is required, how many images, and how they would like you to sort them.

You might get a bunch of answers here, but unless one of is working for Getty...
