Lomography is the art of casual, snapshot photography using low-fidelity cameras. Unconventional characteristics such as over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, distortion and alternative film processing are often considered part of the "Lomographic Technique."

I've seen quite a few places selling Lomo cameras, like those shops that sell loads of random stuff (glass chess sets, inflatable chairs etc.) called The Room or something - they sell Lomo.
Unless you're looking for a particular model?

my sis is using a HOLGA
holga in an amazing camera. whole body buy cheap plastic but always come out something impressive
u can always think of some creative diy to modified it become more interesting

Dunno about those Holgas.
Crap camera that can't take good quality picture, then call image 'art'???
Not my style.
I can take crap image with camera capable of taking quality image as well. Or postprocess good image that it looks like Holga...or something arty. At least then it is my creation - which I consider art as it is my own expression.
But then art is hard to define in the first place. To me art is 'to do something which not everybody can do'.
Throwing eggs on blue canvas is no art to me therefore. Picasso is.
Just taking a pic with a Holga can therefore result in cr@ap or art - as with any other camera.
Except that Holga can't take quality images...
The cult around the camera sadly creates wanna-be's who think if they use a Holga then it's automatically art and special...
Similar to those who think they need expensive dSLR gear and then they take good pictures...wahhh, look at that beautiful bokeh...of an absolute cr@p picture...:P
To each its own I guess.
****
oh i must certainly agree with you about those people going on and on about bokeh...
(for some reason most of whom i've noticed are usually uncles shooting girls in skimpy outfits)
