Large format outing in Putrajaya.

Went out with a couple friends for an LF outing at Putrajaya. Brought along my Cambo Legend on this outing to test it out and get comfortable with the controls.

from my 35mm sensor

This isn't my first, but certainly the first the came out of my first batch of shots from the development tank.

Shot on a Chamonix 45
Rodenstock 120mm Macro
Odox Pan Asa 25 4x5"
Rodinal 1+167 @ 27C for 13.45453min
Time taken : 10++ AM
Weather Condition : Strong overcast
Incident metered on Goosen Luna Pro F and compensated 1 stop for shadow areas.

A bit short of movements here for the degree of movements as i was bending my wooden camera (habis... click KEH lagi...)

A rather tricky bit to snap this building, not to mention we only have 10mins to take this shot after the security warned us of the No Entry Sign which we just entered :p Truly a test of gear familiarity and exposure estimation.

Putrajaya International Convention Centre or PICC is the main convention centre in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This building is located on the top of Taman Puncak Selatan in Precinct 5

The design idea of this unique and impressive building is based on the shape of the eye of 'pending perak' (a silver Malay royal belt buckle). However, the structure of the roof was designed similar to a folded origami to alleviate the plain roundness of the structure. From the frontview, the building's eaves or wings are lifted at the sides, creating broad overhangings over the raking wall. Most of the walls are made of glass, so natural sunlight can easily illuminate the auditorium through the raked and shaded windows.

Lovely shots, lucky for you to have kakis in KL. Must poison Uncle Ridzuan
