Just get to know Nokia is doing a 1st phase for this recycle program for 6 months in Malaysia.

This Integrated Nokia Kiosk can collect any brand's Mobile Phone for Recycle and then adopt a tree. However right now those current kiosks are only available in KL area, not in Penang yet. Just sharing here

You may visit the link for more details

Recycle your phone in 5 easy steps.
Drop off any make and model phone, battery, or charger.
Step 1: Select "Recycling" on the screen.

Step 2: Slot in your MyKad or input your personal details.
Step 3: Collect the printed Barcode sticker and apply it onto your phone or accessory.

Step 4: Place your item with barcode sticker into the Recycling slot.
Step 5: Collect the receipt and have a great day! Back to top

Adopt a tree with Nokia
NEWtrees, a joint-venture between WWF, Nokia and Equinox Publishing, aims to replant trees in the Sebangau National Forest in Central Kalimantan. This innovative replanting project provides a novel way for anyone to participate by tagging selected trees with their names and monitoring its growth through geotags (trees labelled with precise map co-ordinates).
How can you be a part of this? Step 1: First of all, you need to install Google Earth. Click here to install this software. Step 2: Save this file to your computer.
Step 3: Double-click the file to launch Google Earth.

Step 4: In Google Earth, expand the NokiaTakeBack folder, and rename a tree to claim it.

Now you can monitor your adopted tree real-time, anytime.
