This is an outdoor pre-wedding portraiture where I followed the main OP as a tag along photographer.

I dont mean to offend anyone, but can I ask if such pictures need clearance from the persons being photographed to be posted here for comments?

I'm not in the photog business and simply wondering; if I go along someone's wedding, convocation, office party etc and post their pics here and they get upset what can I say to them?

It's better for you to get the consent from the one been photographed before you do any posting...

Otherwise you may get sued...

hmmmm... basically if the couple are upset, what you can do is only retrieve out the photos and apologize...
coz it is not commercial use maa...

you lose nothing but your credit standing...

so better ask for permission first lo......

Agree...#5 is the best. The rest were a bit OOF/soft.
