ther's a lens, the tilt-shift lens, it makes this kind of effect. if you can afford, by all mean...get one

but i PP the photo. try googling "tilt-lens effect", you shud be able to get some tutorial... cheers!

If I'm not mistaken T&S lens is more for architecture/building photos as well.

yup...tat's right it widely used by archi photographers...
as it can shift building line from coverging and remove perspective lines...

Its not just for buildings. Its also very useful for product and macro photography to tilt the plane of focus to achieve greater depth of field. Sorry off topic tho.
