photography related social network

Hello there!

Beside the forum, that is really a lovely place to stay, I was wondering who is using also photography related social network to show own photo works and eventually to promote a owned website.

I'm interested in real communities not services like host photos and eventually print them out.

Beside the well know http://www.flickr.com/ that I already tried without satisfaction, I just find out the following:

http://photobucket.com/
http://www.myshutterspace.com/
http://www.picturesocial.com/
http://www.photography-network.net/
http://www.smugmug.com/

What do you think of them?
Someone used?
Experiences?

I started with Photobucket then switched to Flickr cos easier for my China clients to see my pix.

Flickr also have "groups" all over China where I can hook up with and go for photoshooting with.

Depends on your business coverage and where your clients are located.

Hi there...
I checked deeply so many websites and finally my decision goes for:

(1) http://500px.com/
(2) http://www.myshutterspace.com/

There is also http://www.picturesocial.com/ but is a perfect clone, a mirror of http://www.myshutterspace.com/ they did not even move or change positions of links and contents locations. Maybe I will consider later.

New Flickr layout is awesome and the community is still pretty good, but 500px is great too.

Social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are becoming an integral part of the way people communicate. The ability to share links, text, photographs, and videos allows for a much wider range of information to be distributed and accessed.Different social networks offer different features when it comes to how they display images.
