Please keep May 10th, 2008 FREE and support Persatuan SLE Malaysia.

Complete the entry form and send it with your donation of RM10 (cheque/money order) payable to "Persatuan SLE Malaysia" and send it to the PSLE office (Address Below) with a minimum donation of RM10 BEFORE May 5th. Alternatively bank in your donation to: Persatuan SLE Malaysia, CIMB Account No: 1266-0000638-054 and fax the completed entry form and bank-in slip to fax no: 03-7957 0407 or e-mail to pslemhq@gmail.com.

Pictures must be taken between May 1st-7th and submitted before May 8th at 5pm. The selected pictures will be exhibited in 1-Utama from May 10th-18th.

Second Prize:
Nikon D40x DSLR Camera with kit valued at RM 2,388

Third Prize:
Coolpix P5100 camera valued at RM 1,048

- Butterfly food.
- Real Butterfly
- Butterfly clip

For the payment, can we pay if we submit our form directly to their office?

Yes, you can pay at their office, but pls call before you go, they may be out of the office.

They can issue you a receipt immediately.

Another Q:

Rules No.11 on the form states that we can submit multiple entries as long as the entries are accompanied by a minimum of RM10.

Do we need to say how many entries we intend to submit by April 30th? Or can we pay RM10 by April 30th and then when we submit the photos, we pay the extra donation for extra submission?

We'll play this by ear really. Cos honestly, it's all for charity, so if people wanna enter more times and donate more, I ain't really gonna refuse. Will see how it goes...

Hi y'all,

I attempted to bank in money via Maybank2u but they want a Beneficiary ID; I/C number, business registration number etc.

Can anyone please advise on how to proceed?
