Booked my car a Mazda shop in Tmn Midah and agreed to car change car... i.e. when the new car arrive, I will give my old car to them. (TRADE-IN)

But now the used car dealer keep asking for delivery of my old car to them. Even they offer me to lend me a ISWARA while waiting for the new car but the ISWARA is without insurrance.

I am very disappointed with the incident. They do not stick to the original agreement. The Boss of the Mazda said it should be car change car but the SA and the used car dealer keep calling for early delivery. I call the boss again then he said he want to talk to his staff first. Now waiting...

What happened? Anyone have experience in this situation?

I really appreciate any kind of advise.

If you're looking for a good Mazda sales agent, I can recommend my friend to you. I don't know about the situation you're in now though

I can always direct you to the Tribunal and then they can force Mazda to buck up.

Is normal for them to ask for the car early, the longer you keep it the less value it's worth to the second hand.

It's quite common for them to take the car first and lend you a cheaper car until your new car is delivered.

After weeks of call, follow-up, escalation, help to find solution but still keep to the agreement.... finally I got the car. Finally everything is over. Now can go back to photography and going further with the m5. :-)

congrats, calvin.

taggin on to the thread instead of openin a new thread since it's about family rides

lookin for 2nd hand 2nd ride
the newer the better 2005/2006/2007/2008
rm40,000 and below
preferably below 2 litres
fits 5 and luggage (inclusive of three child car seats, 1 pram, fishing tackle)
rear tonneau would be a bonus

currently lookin at the chevy nab, megane/scenic, espace (mebbe ... not)
estates: citroens are out ... volvos are out of range/reach ... so are SUVs
space, comfort, safety above resale value
easy on the pocket's a great bonus, ie parts, servicing, maintenance
given my needs and wants, the wish/stream kinda loses out to the nab

wot say, mates?
